Hi frens! We have exciting news! Remember when the mentoring program Horizons4Girls invited Gizmo to come to WI to help their teens deliver holiday treats to a nursing facility last December? (Here they are at a pre-delivery presentation we did at the library there.)

Well, the project went SO WELL with the help of many of our frens who donated cookies...that they decided to do it again! Only this time, they will be delivering flowering plants, patriot pins and cup cakes to Veterans right before Memorial Day. So proud of these teens for stepping outside of themselves to show compassion for others, especially for our Vets!

The cool part is, we get to help if we want! If you would like to support the girls in their new endeavor, just got here: Support Us! to purchase items for their visit. They are an all volunteer organization that is the result of one woman's dream to help teens. Many good people joined forces to make her dream a reality - now we can paw it forward by helping to make the teens' dream a reality. Cuz we're frens!
